One Year In: People Powering Our Progress
Last week, we celebrated the one-year anniversary of Motivair being acquired by Schneider Electric with a company-wide celebration and town hall, a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come and where we’re headed next.
A year ago, we started something big, bringing together deep liquid cooling expertise with a global platform and shared purpose.
Over the past year, what stands out most is the people behind the progress. Across teams and regions, that collective expertise has translated into meaningful outcomes for our customers and partners.
From the beginning, we focused on alignment, collaboration, and continuous growth. That foundation has enabled us to move faster, share knowledge more effectively, and deliver with greater consistency across every stage, from design through service.
For our customers, performance is personal. This year we moved faster and delivered tighter commissioning windows with fewer handoffs and more accountability, end-to-end, from design to service. Together we scaled liquid cooling globally without compromising quality or reliability. We aligned operating processes across teams and strengthened cross functional collaboration, so customers feel the difference in every interaction.
We’ve also continued to push forward alongside the rapid evolution of AI infrastructure. We launched new Coolant Distribution Unit (CDU) products to meet evolving needs and industrialized our liquid cooling offers in Italy and India to support global demand. Our impact is now truly global, with collaborative wins across North America and support for OEM and data center providers in Japan, Europe, and the Middle East.
Looking ahead, AI factories will define the next decade. Those environments demand tightly integrated power and cooling, the combination we’re now uniquely positioned to deliver. Our focus now is depth and scale: investing in training, knowledge sharing, and the systems that make good work easier, while we continue to innovate across CDUs, rear door heat exchangers, cold plates, HDUs, chillers, and TCS loops.
